This is the first issue of the Quality Diaper newsletter and introduces the “Stars” Diaper designed for bigger kids and teens.
While other brands aim at the 5 to 11 year olds, Stars aims for the 8 to 18 year olds that need diapers. They are designed for more room and comfort than the most widely sold product. See the comparison of different options below.
Obviously, what is new is the “Stars” Diaper. Initially offered for waist 23 to 30, in the coming months, this will be expanded to include the next size up. The first ones are child’s L/XL for children 85 to 125 pounds with slim waists. The next ones will be child’s .
XL/XXL, meant for older and/or heavier children (30 to 40 inch waist).
These will be offered in a few months. For the huskier kids, “Stars” is now available in a young adult size (36 to 44 inch waists).
The new “Stars” Diapers feature:
•Bright, plastic outer layer designed with kids in mind
•Extra absorbent interlayer
•Re-sealable tab designg.

In a class of 30 kids in 5th grade, 2 will still wet their beds most nights. By 7th grade, this is down to 1 kid in 30. That is no comfort to the 1 kid but he should know he is not alone.
In the pre-teen and teen years, close to twice as many boys as girls have need for some day or night protection
Kids start life wetting. Some kids never stop. Between 5 and 7 Million kids in the USA over the age of 6 wet their beds most nights.
By age 6 most girls have stopped but boys tend to lag behind girls by a year or so. By age 10, 7% of all kids still wet and by age 13, still 3% of the population wets.
By 15, the numbers drop to 1.5% and by 18, the numbers drop to less than 1%. This number does not
